By accessing or using Tyigo Stream ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Tyigo Stream is a neutral media player. It does not provide, host, distribute, or promote any content. The Service allows users to connect their own media sources (M3U playlists, Xtream Codes) and play streams in their browser.

All content accessed through the Service is provided entirely by the user. We have no control over the nature, quality, or legality of such content.

By using the Service, you agree that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age.
• Will only access content that you are legally authorized to view.
• Are solely responsible for the media sources you add and the content you access.
• Will not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Will not attempt to circumvent, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Will not use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Adding media sources containing pirated or unlicensed content.
• Accessing content that infringes on copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Sharing your account credentials with others.
• Automated scraping, crawling, or mass data extraction from the Service.

The Tyigo Stream platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

All media content accessed through the Service remains the property of its respective rights holders. Tyigo Stream claims no ownership over any user-added content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. You may delete your own account at any time from the Settings page.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be available or of a particular quality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyigo Stream and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Inability to access content.
• Data loss or corruption.
• Legal consequences resulting from your use of unauthorized content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
