Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards for using Tyigo Stream. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Tyigo Stream to:

  • Play streaming content from sources you are legally authorized to access.
  • Import and manage personal M3U playlists or Xtream Codes subscriptions you own or have licensed.
  • Use the platform for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes.
  • Access free-to-air, public domain, or Creative Commons licensed content.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly not allowed:

Content Violations

  • Accessing, distributing, or promoting pirated or unlicensed content.
  • Sharing streaming credentials or sources that contain pirated streams.
  • Circumventing content protection measures or digital rights management (DRM) systems.
  • Accessing content in violation of geographic licensing restrictions where doing so is illegal.

Technical Violations

  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts against the Service.
  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users.
  • Uploading malware or engaging in phishing attacks through the Service.
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the Service.

Legal Violations

  • Using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Accessing content prohibited in your jurisdiction.
  • Using the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

4. User Responsibility for Sources

You are entirely responsible for the media sources you add to Tyigo Stream. Before adding any source, you must ensure that:

  • You have the legal right to access the content in that source.
  • The source does not contain pirated, illegal, or unauthorized content.
  • Your access complies with the provider's own terms of service.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and take appropriate action, including:

  • Warning notices sent to your registered email.
  • Temporary suspension of your account.
  • Permanent termination of your account.
  • Reporting to appropriate legal authorities where required by law.
