Privacy Policy

Tyigo Stream ("we", "our", "the app") is a media player platform that allows users to play streaming content from their own sources. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account data: Email address and optional display name when you create an account.
• Playlist / source data: M3U URLs, Xtream Codes credentials, and stream URLs that you voluntarily provide to import your content.
• Usage data: Watch history and favorites, stored solely to provide the service to you.
• Technical data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and debugging.

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data.

• To provide and maintain the streaming service.
• To authenticate your account and protect it from unauthorized access.
• To save your playlists and preferences across sessions.
• To improve the platform through anonymized usage analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting. Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure subject to their Privacy Policy.
• Netlify — Hosting and CDN. Subject to Netlify's Privacy Policy.

These services may collect device info and crash reports as part of their standard operations.

Tyigo Stream does not host, store, or distribute any media content. All streams are provided by you through your own media sources. We have no visibility into the content you watch beyond the stream URL you provide.

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove all associated data within 30 days.

We use a single session cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference, and authentication cookies managed by Supabase. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to processing of your data.

Tyigo Stream is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
